Wedding photography in Crayke, York

Mid september, the sun shon in a beautiful village north of York called Crayke. Gemma and Will were set to marry at St Cuthberts Church, then celebrate the rest of the day at The Durham Ox.

The bridal preperations were in a quaint little cottage called th Ivy House, which offered a farmly feel with some lovely skylight windows and herb fillled garden outdoors.

St Cuthberts is an old church building from the 15th century, full of character and with lots of lovely natural light spilling over the pews.

Once at the wedding venue Durham Ox, Yorkshire based accoustic wedding singer,  Matthew Stephens  kept the crowd please with numbers from Greenday to Queen and pretty much had me in stitches while capturing the energy of the singalong guests.

You will see below how the day unfolded, but this was a special day I won’t forget in a long time.
